Phones are answered during those hours, and messages left after hours get returned the next morning. Storm and hazard calls are the exception, and those are picked up whenever they come in.

What to tell us so the quote is right the first time

Most tree quotes go wrong because of something nobody mentioned until the crew arrived. Five details fix that, and if you can put them in the form we can often price the job without a visit at all.

• The address. Half the time we already know the street and the kind of lot, which speeds everything up.
• What kind of tree, roughly. Palm, pine, sweetgum, ficus, "the one with the spiky balls" all work fine. We are not testing you.
• How tall, compared to the house. Shorter than the roof, twice the roof, taller than the phone pole. That is precise enough.
• Front yard, back yard, or the parkway. Back yard work costs more because everything comes out by hand through the gate. And if it is in the strip between sidewalk and curb, it may belong to the city rather than to you.
• How we get in, and what is underneath. Gate width, alley access, and whether there is a pool, patio cover, spa, or neighbor's roof in the drop zone.

Photos help more than anything else. One from far enough back to show the whole tree, one at the base, and one looking up into the canopy.

What happens after you send it

We read it the same day and either come back with a firm number or ask to come out and look. Site visits usually happen within a day or two and take fifteen minutes. Nothing is booked until you say yes, and there is no deposit to hold a date.

Once you approve, most straightforward jobs land within the same week. The exception is right after a wind event, when the schedule fills within hours. Scheduled work happens on weekdays during business hours so we are not running saws over your neighbors at seven on a Sunday.

If the tree is already down and you only want the leftover stump handled, we take stump-only jobs and price them off a measurement and a gate width.
